Apartment Fire undisclosed settlement

This lawsuit arose out of a fire that occurred at a large apartment in northern Indiana that did not have the statutory firewalls and fire stops necessary to allow adequate egress. The client, a college student, sustained burns to over 90% of his body. Many arpatment fires are the result of poor construction or fire code violations.
The Hasting Law Firm recently settled this case for a confidential amount.
