A semi tractor trailer crossed a median early Friday morning killing 10 people in a van. The accident occurred on Interstate 65 in northern Kentucky.

One adult and three chidren were injured in a Plainfield, Indiana mobile home fire. The three were taken to Indianapolis area hospitals with unknown injuries.
Carbon Monoxide related death

An Indianapolis man and his dog were found dead in their home from apparent carbon monoxide poisoning. It appeard the man was using a gas generator inside his house because his electricity was resently disconnected.
Indiana School fire

A fire in a Logansport Indiana School was caused from overloading extention cords used for a heat lamp in a snake aquarium. It was reported that three cords were in use.
