Product recalls

As the President of Toyota testifies on Capitol Hill involving the recent rash of recalls, another recall comes from a very unlikely source:  Central Indiana Girl Scouts of America.  It appears that the supplier out of Louisville, Kentucky said the cookies were safe to eat, but complaints of bad taste prompted the refund offer. Just yesterday the FDA recalled products with Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein. For a complete list of products recalled go to the FDA website.

It is another in a very long case of recalls by major manufacturers and suppliers.  Faulty products can cause injuries from such things as fire and explosions, auto accidents, injury to you or your family or, in the most severe cases, even death.  What do you do in the case of faulty equipment or products?  Protect yourself!  It is recommended that you contact a lawyer to protect your rights as a consumer.  Product liability is a very serious charge and should be represented with the most experience and knowledgeable personal injury attorney.
