Semi van accident

A head on crash involving a semi tractor trailer and a van has claimed the lives of 10 people of a Mennonite family early Friday morning. Kentucky State Police reported two people survived the crash, possibly children.

The semi was heading south on I-65 in Kentucky and crossed the median striking the north bound van head on. The truck was fully involved in fire and destroyed. The driver of the truck also died in the accident. According to news reports the tragic accident is still under investigation. After authorities finish the investigation fault should be determined.
