Amusement Park Ride injury

A 5 year old is still in a coma in an Indianapolis hospital after a fall from an amusement park ride. The ride, called a Mini teacup, was operated by Xscape in Lafayette Square Mall. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security is investigating if the operators of the amusement park had the proper permits. The operator of the rides have temporally shut down the rides.

The family of the boy has obtained a lawyer to protect their rights due to this unfortunate accident. Zoom Entertainment may be liable in this case.
