Tom Hastings of The Hastings Law Firm in Indianapolis, Indiana doubled the purse for the annual Mid Season Doubler. Tom and Stephanie Hastings are big race fans and help by doubling the winning share for the feature events at the Gas City I69 Speedway. This year was the 5th Annual Mid Season Doubler.

One adult and three chidren were injured in a Plainfield, Indiana mobile home fire. The three were taken to Indianapolis area hospitals with unknown injuries.
